HOW TO WEAR The Gray Tee

Recently I’ve noticed some fantastic ensembles on Pinterest featuring: the gray tee. I picked up a scoop neck and a v-neck at Target ($8!) and thought I’d style one up myself to see what I thought.

Gray tee (similar), Target / necklace, mae badiyan / skinny jeans, Mother ‘The Looker’ in Grand Sophie  (best.jeans.ever!) / black blazer (similar), Elizabeth & James / leopard belt, Target (in-store) / heels, c/o Shoemint (sooo comfortable!)  / navy & crystal watch, c/o GUESS Watches / friendship bracelets (in-store), Target $4 each / bracelet (similar), David Yurman / sunglasses (smoke), Tom Ford

More inspriration and options:

1. ASOS $26.86 2. James Perse $50 3. LNA $48 4. Vince $78

Seems to go with pretty much anything. I’d love to know how you style yours!

  1. you are so freakin cute. i have always loved gray and it seems as though target has been supplying me with gray tees for years. the options for styling are endless! it surprises me that those shoes are comfortable…i love a classic pointed toe pump…and i’m sure i could use another…hmmmm

  2. Looooove this look! The t-shirt, statement necklace, and skinny jeans is one of my favorite looks and you rocked it!

  3. I never know what is “in style” because I don’t read fashion magazines, watch TV or go to the movies. I know, it’s funny right? But I have been mad for heather grey for 2 years straight now, in tops and skirts. I called it the new black. Interesting that the grey T is “in style” now. Btw, you are adorable and look 21.5 years old.

  4. can we talk about how you are the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen!
    you’re a doll Erika!
I love gray with leopard…you’ve inspired me!

  5. I love grey tees as well. I love wearing mine with blazers and jeans…pretty much goes with any blazer in my closet. 🙂 xx

  6. Haha, I totally have that shirt, too! Except, you definitely have some style where as I just plop it on with some regular jeans (NOT skinny…shame on me) and flip flops. But I love to see this dressed up! Thanks for the idea!

  7. Love the gray tee with like everything 🙂 it’s so versatile! And, I adore that you did another outfit post, you’re so photogenic!!!

  8. That first photo is straight out of a magazine! There’s this 70s vibe I’m getting from it. Now I need new gray ts. The ones I have I wear to the gym and to sleep. Ew, not the same ones.

  9. A gray tee definitely goes with everything !! I love them super soft and slightly sheer ! Love how you styled it…so cute !!

  10. LOVE your outfit posts! I’ve had the same gray T for years and just love it, so it’s fun to see new styling options! And did I mention how gorgeous you look again?!! 🙂

  11. I own more gray tees than I care to say, so this inspiration is just what I need! Lately I’ve been wearing mine tied in a little side not with my maxi skirts. It’s easy and casual, but makes it look a bit styled and cute!
By the way, hope you are feeling better sweet girl and that all is well!

  12. Wow! I think I need a couple grey tees. Obviously, I need several and they need to be my new “go-to” piece…and to think I am already a neutral gal. I love the “pop” of yellow and the statement necklace!!! Thanks so much for sharing.

  13. i feel like a broken record whenever i say this – but you are stunning! seriously drop dead gorgeous. i love the way you styled this, grey and leopard is so unexpected but interesting!
