With just two days left in the HomeMint Pinterest Contest, I had to include one more fave! Angie Hranowsky’s style is off-the-charts, stellar cool. She started as a graphic designer but has become known for her interiors…my idol, right? She has a way of mixing comfie textures, iconic mid-century modern pieces, and trendy patterns and hues that really define “home” for me. My goal.

And, as it turns out, the shot above of a recent project of hers fits perfectly with my “Design Under the Influence” post today on gallery walls! Learn a little history behind them, get a few tips on creating your own, and be inspired by images like above…or below…

Her own home is like a dream come true for me, and I hope to own a house like this one day…

I’m home.

Right. OK, so repin these images from my “Vintage Eclectic Home” Pinterest board to win $300 from HomeMint! Plus you get to help me with the contest too…kinda cool, huh?

  1. Wow. I can totally see why she is your idol, and now one of mine too! I’ve seen some of these photos before and didn’t know who was behind them- so thanks for the introduction! But many I haven’t seen and I had to pick my jaw up off of the floor. That house? The bed? Room divider wall? Aaaand the burl wood table, chairs, and wallpaper combo? Absolutely amazing. Not to mention the gorgeous colors used. Pinned all of these already 🙂

  2. I have long been a fan of Angie’s and yours! Of course her house is my fave of all her work, too. I have just repinned like a madwoman and now am off to see your guest post. I hope you win this contest!

  3. I used one of her images in my post today too. That bedroom in image 10 has me drooling. She finds the coolest lamps, amongst all her other cool finds. Another idol.

  4. Seriously going to go pin crazy. I just re-decorated our living room with purple and gold, and I’m loving all this additional inspiration. Oh and that bedroom with the mirrored bed??? Swoon!

  5. All the above posting are very creative. The most i liked was the bed room gallery wall. it looking pretty gorgious. the lighting also is very awsum. the items used for decoration are also giving the room very artistic look.
