FEATURED Girl Friday!

Profiled on Move LifeStyle today!

You’ve been seeing the pics from my photo shoot last month with Jennifer Daigle, now see the full feature and interview on Move LifeStyle today!

I feel so incredibly humbled and honored that Autumn Reeser asked me to participate in this series, alongside such inspiring do-it-all women.

Here’s what I ended up wearing (clearance and Friends & Family sale bargains! Woo hoo!)…

Joie “Pinot” blouse / Rebecca Minkoff mini MAC bag / Vince coated jeans / Tom Ford sunglasses (old, similar here) / Maloles flats (old)

Joie “Mellea” blouse / Vince coated jeans / Joie wedge booties (old)

Equipment blouseJ Brand waxed jeans / (also shown: Joie blouse, Rebecca Minkoff bag)

Wildfox “Je T’aime” tee / J Brand waxed jeans / Sam Edelman booties / Marc by Marc Jacobs “Baby Aiden” bag / Michael Kors horn gold watch

You may remember my original board for the outfit styling, which I am clearly still obsessed with, as evident in my “addendum” fall fashion checklist. (I’m happy to report it’s not out of my system yet.)

Jennifer did an amazing job with the photos, didn’t she? If you’ve ever been the subject of a shoot, you know it’s excruciatingly embarrassing, and you feel idiotic the entire time (not to mention I was very sick and it was a 95 degree day)! But she always gets the best shots!

Hope you’ll check out my feature, and have a great weekend (but only after…j/k)!

Desiring an online space to explore well-rounded, inspired content in all topics she loves most, Erika created 'The E List' (formerly the Small Shop blog) in 2010. When not enjoying an “occasional" glass of wine and wanderlusting for even warmer climates, Erika can be found sharing laughs with friends and family, and trying her very best to keep up with her 6-year old daughter (yet failing miserably).

  1. Such amazing photos!! You look so beautiful, your daughter is precious and I love the family photo. I don’t think the feature is up yet…..I could not find it. I will check back later….cause I’m dying to see it!! COngrats!

  2. Thanks Albertina hopefully it will be up soon! I have no idea what photos they ended up picking so I’m excited to see it! ;0)

  3. What an adorable photo of your family! I just checked too and it’s not up yet. I’ll definitely check it out later!

  4. Such a great feature. I love your advice of finding your happy place and being OK with that. Between everything we have to do, sometimes I’m scared to start a family because I think I’ll fail at it. Seeing your family photos, and reading about how you manage work and family so beautifully is such an inspiration.

  5. What a lovely feature, I really admire your style and your optimistic view on life.Your advice for women trying to find their own personal ‘brand’ really resonated with me, happy to have stumbled upon your blog!

  6. Just got through reading it. Glad to read you wish you’d taken business classes too. I say that to myself at least a few times a week, it feels like. The tip on branding resonates with me too. I’ve been refocusing on that myself. It’s all been a learning process but a hands on one. All the photos are really great and real. The one of Leighton chillin’ on your bed with her arms behind her head made me smile.

  7. Erika you never cease to amaze me. You are wonderful!!! Congrats on such an amazing feature! And I dont mean to sound like a broken record but the pics of you and the fam are stunning!

  8. Adorable pics! Love to see the personal side of you and what a gorgeous family you have. Your daughter is so pretty!

Sorry I’m a new reader so I’m writing this way. Have a great weekend!

  9. Wonderful feature, Erika! I love your attitude and thoughts on balancing it all. Can’t believe you were sick during the photo shoot!? Beautiful pictures! xx

  10. these pictures are amazing! You and your daughter are the most precious things ever. LOVE THIS! And I also incredibly love your style (duh) and that inspiration board!!! I NEED to make one! LOVE!

  11. Finally clicked over and read the whole interview. So well done. You are so relatable and easy to connect with. Love what you say about finding our happy place and just being okay with it. I’m hoping to get to that point soon! So much juggling…but you make it look so easy! Thanks for the never ending inspiration! And such beautiful family…the 3 amigos…you done good girl!
