For those in the States, hope you all had a Happy 4th! We ended up doing the couples thing at the last minute, which was a total change from our usual big family bash. I brought this quick and easy dessert that’s summer-friendly, and red, white and blue to boot!

Top vanilla bean ice cream with fresh blueberries and raspberries, and drizzle with Chambord liqueur (I always keep some handy for just this type of occasion, plus it’s a pretty bottle for my bar). Easy-peasy.
