As mi|tu corazón prepared to launch its first collection, the brand needed to make red lipstick feel both iconic and newly accessible: bold enough for seasoned risk-takers, supportive enough for first-time wearers, and versatile enough to become an everyday signature. Rooted in founder Andrea Tello’s Latina heritage and extensive beauty industry experience, we developed a brand strategy and visual identity that paired passion, glamour, and cultural richness with inclusive representation, expert education, and high-performance product credibility. The resulting system centered on the power of red, combining daring art direction, bilingual messaging, and rich, symbolic details across the packaging, photography, e-commerce website, and supporting brand touchpoints. The result was a confident invitation for people across skin tones and identities to try something new, step more fully into their power, and make bold decisions from the heart.
