For over 20 years — through branding work, classes, speaking, writing, mentoring, angel investing, membership in a number of woman-powered organizations, serving as a nonprofit board member, and founding Élanoura — I've helped women in business and young women leaders move clearly and confidently in their purpose to contribute positively in their community and the world.

Anyone can be marketable. With all the tools at our disposal in this modern world, anyone can make stuff. But how do you make it matter? Not only to the people you want to help with what you make and do, but to you – for your own fulfillment, to fulfill the dream of your life and the impact that you want to make, the legacy you will ultimately leave behind? Through 20+ years of working one-on-one with clients, and through speaking, facilitating, teaching, leading – and walking the walk myself with my social enterprise Élanoura – I’ve formulated a four-step process that asks the right questions to get to the right answers that will inform everything you say, do, create, and dream up, towards your end goal from here on out.

Elevating women globally
As seen in Forbes, Élanoura is a global collective of women founders creating positive change through business. As founder, Erika Brechtel leads invite-only “travel with impact” in-person volunteering and business development Global Founder’s Retreats for women leaders around the world, with 10% of sales donated to nonprofit partners supporting women and girls facing gender-based violence, child marriage, period poverty, and a lack of resources and education for self-determination.
