You may know of my dear friend Yuki Pitkin because she’s an ah-mazing cook and has posted several of her culinary creations on this site. But did you also know, she’s a medical sales manager by day, and house-flipper by night? Yep, and this is her second home (see a few first home pics here).
Yuki purchased a 1950’s one-story California ranch home with pool in Orange County three years ago, and completely gutted it. Et voilà, here’s what she created: stone tile floors, black soapstone countertops, white marble tiled bathrooms, gold plumbing fixtures, black doors/trims/moldings…we’re talking major sex (and curb) appeal.
We had so much fun with this one! More to come.

(And can I just say she looks a bit like Joanna Gaines?!)
