New year, new initiatives…
I’ve started my next big project (one I feel I’ve been called upon to undertake!) which means many weekends ahead of research, reading, conceptualizing, and writing for me. One of the books I’m particularly digging into is Carol Dweck’s Mindset, recently listed as #1 on the “60 Great Business and Leadership Books, All Written by Women” list on Inc.com. I thought I’d share their list, as well as some of my own picks (some on the list and some not), with all of you:
Mindset

Brave, Not Perfect: Fear Less, Fail More, and Live

Emotional Intelligence 2.0
