The Italian Riviera is calling my name…
I’ve done Nice, Paris, Rome, Florence and Venice, but none quite quenched that overwhelming and inexplicable desire to voyage to an Italian seaside town. I imagine that quintessential Portofino would do the trick…already having fantasies of sauntering about in get-ups something like so…
[ 1 ] Volcom Time Lines one-piece, $77.40 [ 2 ] Tory Burch canvas cluch, $85
[ 3 ] Baggu reusable bag, $8 [ 4 ] Missoni beach towel, $235 [ 5 ] Tom Ford Neroli Portofino, $190
[ 6 ] Alice + Olivia Adalyn dress, $367 [ 7 ] Frye Laurel sandals, $111
[ 8 ] Volcom Time Lines dress, $30.40 (just picked this up in yellow — it has pockets!)
[ 9 ] Faye woven rhinestone bracelet, $32 [ 10 ] Tom Ford lipstick, $45
I’ve got a big birthday coming up in a few years, and I think it’s time that I make this happen. Have you been??
Haven’t been and I’d love to explore so badly!! I’d like that Alice and Olivia dress too, pretty please.

The Volcom dress has a kind of 70s look to it — of course I love it!
Nope, but it’s on the list. Such a great wardrobe, you would match landscape!
Haven’t been to Portofino, but I did go to Cinque Terre, which is also in the Italian Riviera. It was absolutely breathtaking. Beyond remarkable! I hope you get to go, Erika!
Ohh I’ll be on the plane with you… although you also need to add Portugal (Lisbon and the Algarve) to that list of places!
The husband’s been to Lisbon, and stupid me, I didn’t go. So regretting that!
Italy is my favorite place in the world, but I didn’t make it to Portofino :( I love this roundup of colorful goods!
My husband and I went to Portofino on our honeymoon, and it was absolutely gorgeous. We pretended to be Italian as we enjoyed our affogatos at a cafe in the main piazza and people-watched. Might I also suggest taking the ferry from Portofino to the next coastal inlet, an abbey town called San Fruttuoso where we ate the most incredible lasagna I’ve ever had at a rickety table on the beach. I hope you get to go, it’s paradise!
oh, i am loving these picks! and this idea……it’s on my list as well!
OMG need that green dress. And perkier boobs to go with it. I have been to Florence, Rome and Venice, but not Portofino. Please make it a girl’s trip and invite me!!
