I feel extremely fortunate to live in Orange County, a beautiful beach-lined community with sunny days and smiling faces. And while the rest of the world might see “the O.C.” in the same way, what we don’t see is that one in five children here are at risk of going hungry, every day.
So I am incredibly honored that I was asked by the Harvesters organization to help promote their October 7th Fashion Show & Luncheon fundraiser in which 100% of proceeds go to support the Second Harvest Food Bank in its continuous efforts to break the cycle of hunger in Orange County. Having raised $5.5 million in its 23 years, the annual event at Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa will begin with a premium silent auction and Jaeger-LeCoultre Champagne reception, followed by a runway presentation showcasing fall/winter 2015 selections from Barbara Bui, Fendi, Lanvin, Marni, Max Mara, Moncler, Oscar de la Renta, Ralph Lauren, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo, Valentino and Versace.
And here’s your chance to win a $500 gift card for the prestigious South Coast Plaza to use at ANY STORE (yes that includes Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Chloe, oh my!), just by helping us raise awareness for this important event!
